About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Creative Events Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Events Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing extraordinary events that blend art, culture, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and develop event concepts that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience.
Manage the end-to-end event production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and artists to ensure seamless execution of events.
Oversee event setup, staffing, and technical requirements to deliver exceptional experiences.
Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to create innovative and cutting-edge event experiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in event management or related creative fields.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong creativity and ability to translate ideas into unique event experiences.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
