Position: Eco-Resources Specialist

Role Overview:

Conduct thorough environmental research and assessments to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate ecological considerations into decision-making processes.
Monitor and evaluate existing environmental programs to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.
Provide training and guidance to staff regarding best practices for environmental conservation.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation of all environmental activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
Proven experience in conducting environmental research and assessments.
Familiarity with local and federal environmental regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
