We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Luxury Rural Estate Manager at our renowned company, located in Lower Austria, Austria. Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and operation of our exclusive rural estate, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, aesthetics, and productivity.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize agricultural production and enhance the overall sustainable use of resources on the estate.
Supervise and lead a team of skilled agricultural and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Maintain and expand relationships with external partners, such as suppliers, distributors, and industry experts, to stay updated on the latest agricultural trends and technologies.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to agriculture, environmental sustainability, and worker safety.
Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting activities related to the estate's agricultural operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Sciences or a related field.
Proven track record in managing large rural estates or agricultural operations.
Strong knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices, crop management, and animal husbandry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and technologies used in agricultural management.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
