About Us:

The North Carolina Justice Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social and economic justice throughout our state. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Innovations Team as an Aviation Technology Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

Research, develop, and implement advanced aviation technologies for government and commercial clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test innovative aerospace solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of aviation projects.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
Stay updated with emerging aviation technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in aviation technology research and development.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, instrumentation, and aviation regulations.
Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++, Python, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
