About Us:

The North Carolina Justice Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social and economic justice throughout our state. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Innovations Team as an Aviation Technology Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and implement advanced aviation technologies for government and commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test innovative aerospace solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of aviation projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Stay updated with emerging aviation technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in aviation technology research and development.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, instrumentation, and aviation regulations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++, Python, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
