To further our mission, we are seeking a passionate and talented Creative Visionary to join our team.

Job Title: Creative Visionary

Job Description:

Develop and execute innovative creative concepts, designs, and campaigns to engage and inspire our target audience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the visual integrity and consistency of our brand across various platforms
Create and maintain visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, posters, web graphics, social media content, and more
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our marketing initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their design needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a nonprofit or social impact organization
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively, work independently, and take initiative
Passion for veterans' issues and a genuine desire to make a difference in their lives
