Innovation and Growth Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our team at North Carolina Recreation and Park Association. As the Innovation and Growth Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our organization's innovative initiatives and promoting a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency within our organization
Research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the curve
Develop and manage partnerships with external stakeholders to support our growth initiatives
Provide guidance and support to our teams in implementing legal and compliance best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in project management and strategic planning
Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
