Your Role as Franchise Development Associate:
- Research and identify potential franchise opportunities and partnership prospects
- Develop strategies to expand our franchise network
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
- Evaluate financial and operational feasibility of potential franchise agreements
- Facilitate the negotiation and execution of franchise agreements
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure the growth and success of their businesses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in franchise development or business development is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility for occasional domestic travel
