Are you passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle? We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Wellness Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee our company's wellness program, aimed at fostering a healthy and active lifestyle among our employees.
Design and implement fitness programs, wellness initiatives, and sports-related events.
Collaborate with various departments and external partners to plan and coordinate wellness activities.
Create and deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and educational sessions on health and fitness topics.
Provide individualized guidance and support to employees seeking to improve their physical well-being.
Collaborate with HR to track participation, collect feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research related to health, fitness, and wellness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Sports Management).
Proven experience in coordinating wellness programs, fitness activities, or sports events.
Strong understanding of healthy lifestyle practices and their benefits.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and develop relationships with employees at all levels.
Certifications in personal training, group fitness instruction, or wellness coaching are a plus.
