As a Supply Chain Analyst at St. Vincent's Health Australia, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our supply chain processes, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze, plan, and improve supply chain operations
Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline logistics activities, reducing costs and improving delivery times
Assess supplier performance and develop strategies to enhance vendor relationships
Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence
Analyze data to identify trends and forecast demand, facilitating better decision-making
Support the development and implementation of innovative logistics solutions to enhance overall efficiency
Ensure compliance with industry regulations related to transportation and logistics operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics coordination, or similar roles
Proficiency in data analysis, with knowledge of statistical analysis tools and methodologies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with healthcare logistics and understanding of regulatory requirements is advantageous
