Position: Retail Expansion Specialist

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities for rapid retail expansion in Central Kenya.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
Develop effective strategies to establish new retail outlets and expand our presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of expansion plans.
Drive performance metrics and ensure targets are met within the allocated timeframes.
Monitor and assess sales data, gather customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to retail teams, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to achieve goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing retail expansion strategies.
Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret market data, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Innovative mindset with a passion for technological advancements in the retail industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel within Central Kenya.
Fluency in both English and Swahili.
