Responsibilities:
- Design and develop unique travel experiences that resonate with our customers, showcasing the beauty and culture of Lappi.
- Collaborate with local businesses and attractions to create innovative tour packages and itineraries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and make improvements to ensure exceptional experiences.
- Manage and update our online platforms and promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Hospitality Management, Event Planning).
- Proven experience in the tourism sector, preferably with a focus on creating unique vacation experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with local partners and build strong relationships.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English and Finnish; additional languages are a plus.
