About the Position

As a Digital Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's online presence, creating engaging content, and reaching out to our target audience through various digital channels. This position requires a strong background in communication and an understanding of effective media strategies.

Responsibilities

Create and manage digital content for our website, social media platforms, and other online channels
Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital metrics to optimize our marketing efforts
Identify industry trends and insights to provide recommendations for content strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy digital marketing initiatives
Engage with our audience through online customer support and community management
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing or related role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
