Neurored, a leading technology company based in the Basque Country, Spain, is seeking a community catalyst to join our dynamic team. As a community catalyst, you will play a key role in driving social change and leveraging the power of technology to transform communities.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage outreach efforts to relevant stakeholders and organizations in the Basque Country
Facilitate partnerships and collaborations between Neurored and government bodies, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders
Identify and assess community needs and develop innovative solutions to address them
Implement and manage projects aimed at driving social impact and promoting sustainable development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and policies related to community development

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proven experience in community engagement and project management
A passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the Basque Country's social landscape
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to community development
Proficiency in both Basque and Spanish languages
Knowledge of government and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on community development
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred
