As a Digital Engagement Specialist at BCBSNC, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of technology to engage our community, foster relationships, and drive innovation. You will have the unique opportunity to strategize, plan, and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns that positively impact the lives of millions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Create captivating content for various online platforms, focusing on delivering meaningful experiences.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize digital campaigns and achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong background in utilizing technology to drive engagement, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.

Proficiency in analyzing data, drawing actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
