About the Role:

As a Field Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Agriculture/Rural initiatives. You will be responsible for various tasks related to farm visits, crop management, and promoting sustainable agriculture practices.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular farm visits to provide advice and support to farmers
Assist in crop planning, monitoring, and management
Work with farmers to implement sustainable agriculture practices
Collect and analyze data to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
