About the role:

As an Advanced Production Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to improve production practices and resolve any issues.
Additionally, you will contribute to identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, quality control measures, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and cost reduction.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in utilizing manufacturing software applications and experience with implementing advanced manufacturing technologies.
