Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide guidance to the production team to meet production goals and targets
Develop and implement effective production strategies, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant occupational health and safety regulations
Monitor production output, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production-related issues
Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
