Role: Security and Defense Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Security and Defense Specialist at NLC, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and customers. You will utilize your skills and expertise to develop strategies, implement security measures, and maintain a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular risk assessments and create comprehensive security plans
Monitor and manage security systems, including CCTV, access controls, and alarms
Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, conducting investigations and documenting incidents as required
Collaborate with internal departments to develop emergency response protocols
Provide training and guidance to staff on security procedures and best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security or related field
Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficient in using security systems and technologies
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Valid security license and CPR/First Aid certification
