Join Our Team - Transportation Solutions Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Transportation Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain and transportation operations, supporting our commitment to efficient and reliable delivery of our cement products to our customers.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our transportation and logistics processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of transportation operations.
Identify and evaluate potential transportation partners and negotiate contracts.
Monitor transportation costs, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience and knowledge in transportation and logistics management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
