Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Research and identify potential funding sources, both locally and nationally.
Create compelling proposals and grant applications, tailored to the specific requirements of each funding organization.
Cultivate relationships with donors and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about our initiatives and impact.
Organize fundraising events and campaigns to engage the community and increase visibility.
Analyze fundraising data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising goals with programmatic objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations related to fundraising.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a similar role.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets, financial statements, and funding opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software.
