  • Analyze fundraising data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising goals with programmatic objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations related to fundraising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a similar role.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets, financial statements, and funding opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software.
