About the Role:

The Advanced Technology Engineer will contribute to the success of our global manufacturing operations that span across multiple continents. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies, optimizing processes, and implementing advanced manufacturing techniques to enhance our production capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for technological advancements in our manufacturing processes
Design and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for manufacturing optimization
Lead projects focused on process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in applying advanced manufacturing methodologies and technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is a plus
