Position: Community Engagement Specialist

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and communication efforts
Create compelling content for various channels including digital media, newsletters, press releases, and social media platforms
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote the school district's initiatives and events
Organize and participate in community outreach programs to foster positive relationships with diverse groups
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in community engagement and communications

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in developing content for various media platforms
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in using digital media tools and technologies
Understanding of the education system and community dynamics
