Position Overview:

As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Bosch's adherence to legal requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with our teams, utilizing your deep understanding of the Legal/Law industry to promote regulatory compliance across our range of cutting-edge technologies.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Provide expert advice and guidance on legal matters related to our innovative products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.
Conduct internal audits and examinations to evaluate compliance procedures.
Keep updated with legal and regulatory developments that impact our operations.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness within the organization.
Support in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Work closely with authorities and external legal advisors when required.

Your profile:

Strong academic background in a relevant field.
Extensive experience in regulatory compliance within the Legal/Law industry.
Expertise in interpreting and applying legal requirements to complex business environments.
Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of designing and implementing compliance programs.
Attention to detail, along with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
German language skills are a plus.
