Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, either in-person, by phone, or through email
  • Provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers regarding our wide range of publications
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Actively promote and educate customers about our products, promotions, and upcoming releases
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for cross-selling
  • Assist with inventory management and replenishment


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
