Position: Multimedia Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a Multimedia Outreach Specialist who can drive our communication efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging multimedia campaigns that showcase the achievements and offerings of Pocahontas County Schools.
Create captivating content including graphics, videos, infographics, and other visual elements to support our communication initiatives.
Manage our social media presence and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ideas for content creation.
Coordinate media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and building relationships with key media representatives.
Maintain and update the school's website with relevant and current content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia communications, journalism, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other multimedia creation tools.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, website management, and content management systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
