Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Retail sector, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for our robotics solutions.
- Drive sales growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Present innovative robotics solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers and Product Managers, to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the Sales team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the Retail or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian language.
