Position: Performance Trainer

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Performance Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing fitness programs tailored to enhance physical performance, injury prevention, and overall well-being for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement individualized training programs for employees focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness
Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans to meet specific employee needs and goals
Organize and lead group fitness classes, ensuring proper technique and safety
Provide guidance and education on nutrition, lifestyle, and stress management to enhance overall employee well-being
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in sports science and fitness technology
Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety team to enhance workplace ergonomics and injury prevention strategies
Maintain accurate records of employee participation and progress

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field
Proven experience as a personal trainer or performance coach
In-depth knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals
Certifications such as CSCS, NSCA-CPT, ACE, or NASM are highly desirable
