We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity to be part of Uinta County School District #1 in Wyoming. We are currently seeking an energetic and innovative individual to join our team as a Health and Wellness Program Coordinator. In this role, you will have the chance to foster a culture of health, fitness, and well-being among our students and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive health and wellness program for students and staff;
- Create engaging and effective fitness activities tailored to different age groups and fitness levels;
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to promote healthy habits;
- Organize and oversee wellness events, workshops, and seminars;
- Provide educational resources and materials on nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness;
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement;
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to the health and wellness program;
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and research in health and fitness;
- Support and educate individuals looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Health and Wellness, Nutrition, Physical Education);
- Strong knowledge of health, fitness, and nutrition principles;
- Experience in program development and implementation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders;
- Passion for promoting health and wellness;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities;
- Certifications in fitness training, nutrition, or related areas are desirable;
- Previous experience working in an educational environment is a plus.
