About Etna National Park

About the Role

As a Wellness Adventure Guide, you will be responsible for leading exhilarating excursions that combine physical activities with exceptional cultural encounters. You will guide participants through thrilling hikes on Mount Etna, arranging activities that range from mountain biking and rock climbing to kayaking and paragliding.

As a part of our commitment to inclusivity, every excursion will emphasize embracing diversity and encouraging individuals from different backgrounds to participate. You will promote teamwork, mutual respect, and an environment where everyone feels safe and valued.

Requirements

Proven experience in leading outdoor sports and wellness activities
Passionate about the natural environment and promoting sustainable practices
Excellent knowledge of Sicily's culture, history, and local traditions
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in English and Italian; additional language skills are a plus
Valid first aid and CPR certifications
