Job Opening: Travel Experience Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate and organize travel experiences for clients, including booking accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, providing travel recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel itineraries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and local services.
Create detailed travel plans tailored to each client's preferences and requirements.
Assist in negotiating and maintaining relationships with hotels, transportation services, and other vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability.

Requirements

Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry with a strong understanding of travel arrangements and customer service.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple travel itineraries simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Italian. Additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in using travel booking systems and software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Passion for travel with knowledge of popular tourist destinations in Italy and Europe.
