Job Opportunity: Artistic Engagement Coordinator

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Artistic Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting our theater company with various communities across North Carolina, fostering artistic collaboration, and promoting a welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local theater groups, schools, and other community organizations.
Organize and coordinate outreach programs, workshops, and artistic events.
Support the development of educational initiatives by working closely with teaching professionals and students.
Create engaging marketing materials, including newsletters and social media content, to promote our theater company's activities.
Assist with fundraising efforts and donor recognition programs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of all artistic engagements.

Requirements

A passion for the performing arts and a deep appreciation for Shakespeare's work.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in event coordination, community outreach, or arts administration preferred.
Proficient in using various social media platforms and marketing tools.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a friendly and collaborative work environment.
