Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative wellness programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community
- Conduct assessments to identify individuals' fitness levels, health risks, and goals
- Lead group exercise classes and provide personalized instruction to individuals
- Offer guidance and support in developing nutrition plans and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall wellness initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Certification in wellness, fitness, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles, nutrition, and health promotion strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their wellness goals
- Experience in developing and implementing wellness programs is preferred
