Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative wellness programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community
Conduct assessments to identify individuals' fitness levels, health risks, and goals
Lead group exercise classes and provide personalized instruction to individuals
Offer guidance and support in developing nutrition plans and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall wellness initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Certification in wellness, fitness, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of fitness principles, nutrition, and health promotion strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their wellness goals
Experience in developing and implementing wellness programs is preferred
