Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our clients' Franchise/Chain businesses, providing them with accurate financial insights, strategic guidance, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough analysis of clients' financial statements and records
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA or CFA certification is preferred
Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the Franchise/Chain industry
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
