About the Role:

As a Resource Conservation Specialist at Bayer AG, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes to reduce environmental impact and ensure efficient resource utilization. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource consumption while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.
Evaluating current manufacturing practices and identifying opportunities for improvement in resource utilization, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives, including the development and implementation of green technologies.
Monitoring and reporting on key environmental performance metrics, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Providing training and guidance to plant personnel on sustainable practices and promoting a culture of environmental stewardship throughout the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Experience in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
