We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible experience when interacting with our products and services.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with personalized recommendations and guidance.
Handle incoming orders, process invoices, and track order status.
Work closely with our sales team to provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers.
Assist in organizing and attending customer events, such as tastings and product demonstrations.
Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the relevant departments to enhance our products and services.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Your Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
A positive and customer-oriented attitude with a strong problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
A passion for the food industry and a good understanding of olive products.
