Your Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. As a Garden Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and assistance to our valued customers. Whether it's helping them design their dream garden or assisting with plant care recommendations, you will be a trusted resource guiding them towards success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
- Offer expert advice on plant care, pest control, and landscape design
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
- Passionate about plants, gardening, and horticulture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
