Assist customers in finding their dream homes located in desirable vacation destinations throughout Ohio.
Provide personalized consultations to help customers understand the available options and make informed decisions.
Offer expert guidance on local attractions, activities, and amenities to help buyers envision the lifestyle they can enjoy.
Coordinate and conduct property tours to showcase the unique features and benefits of each destination.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless home buying experience for customers.
Stay updated on the latest market trends and industry developments in the vacation home sector.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers.
Knowledge of Ohio's vacation destinations, including popular tourist spots, attractions, and local amenities.
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
