Your Role:

As a Business Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Identifying potential franchise or chain opportunities within Graubünden's thriving business sectors
Conducting market research and analysis to determine market trends and customer preferences
Developing strategic plans and tailored expansion strategies for local businesses
Assisting and advising entrepreneurs in transforming their business models into scalable franchised operations
Collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate successful partnerships and joint ventures
Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchise owners on business operations, marketing, and growth strategies

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A strong background in business development and strategic planning
An understanding of the franchise and chain industry, including its challenges and opportunities
Demonstrated experience in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
The ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a collaborative team player
A keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
