Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon footprint, improve energy efficiency, and promote sustainable practices across our operations.
Identify and evaluate renewable energy opportunities to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into our products, processes, and supply chain.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements to identify emerging opportunities and proactively address environmental challenges.
Manage sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements, including data collection and analysis.
Engage with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, non-profit organizations, and industry partners, to foster collaborations and advocacy for sustainable practices.
Provide leadership and training to internal teams to promote a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in environmental sustainability, renewable energy, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, renewable energy technologies, and sustainability best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Effective communication and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Passion for sustainability and a genuine desire to make a difference in the energy/environment sector.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
