As a Research Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's data-driven decision-making process. Your expertise in statistical analysis and market insights will contribute to shaping our pension fund's strategies and policies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on global economic trends and financial markets to support investment decision-making.
Gather and interpret data from various sources to identify correlations and patterns.
Produce accurate and insightful reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop quantitative models for risk assessment and portfolio optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments related to investment and pension funds.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in conducting research and analysis in a similar role.
Strong background in statistical methodologies and market research techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis software and tools, such as Excel, R, or Python.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
