Your Role

As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our company complies with all applicable environmental regulations and permits. Your key responsibilities will include:

Evaluating our operations and practices to identify potential environmental impacts
Developing and implementing strategies to minimize negative environmental effects
Monitoring compliance with environmental laws and regulations, both internal and external
Providing guidance and advice to our team members regarding environmental practices
Collaborating with regulatory agencies to address any compliance issues and maintain positive relationships
Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess environmental performance

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field
Proven experience in environmental compliance, preferably within the agricultural or manufacturing industry
Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations and permits
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
