Title: Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role:

Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions.
Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Develop and implement strategies to support continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize instructional design principles to create and update training materials, including e-learning modules and job aids.
Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development).
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
