We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Journey Curator. This role focuses on crafting personalized itineraries that exceed our clients' travel expectations, ensuring their journey is exceptional from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel desires and preferences
- Curate unique and tailor-made travel itineraries, highlighting the best experiences Bavaria has to offer
- Manage reservations, bookings, and logistical arrangements
- Stay up to date with current tourism trends, destinations, and attractions
- Ensure seamless communication and outstanding customer service throughout the entire travel experience
Requirements:
- A passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences
- Excellent knowledge of Bavaria's attractions, hidden gems, and local culture
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in the travel industry or hospitality sector
