Job Description:

As an Advanced Technical Solutions Expert at Geneva Call, you will play a crucial role in ensuring state-of-the-art technologies are developed and deployed in conflict areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative technical solutions to address the challenges posed by armed conflicts.
Research emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on achieving the organization's goals.
Lead the technical assessment process and provide expert guidance on the selection, development, and implementation of advanced technologies.
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed solutions and propose improvements based on real-world feedback.
Build partnerships with leading tech companies, academic institutions, and research centers to foster collaboration and stay updated on the latest advancements.
Provide technical expertise in designing and delivering specialized training programs related to advanced technical solutions for armed non-State actors.
Stay up-to-date with developments in the Military/Security industry to anticipate emerging trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Information Technology.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a security-related field.
In-depth knowledge of advanced technologies, such as AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, and data analytics, and their practical applications in conflict zones.
Proven proficiency in project management to ensure timely and successful delivery of technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and address the unique challenges faced in conflict situations.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is highly advantageous.
Willingness to travel frequently to conflict areas for work purposes.
