Position: Growth Strategist

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Growth Strategist. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for strategic planning, business development, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies to expand our market reach and maximize profitability
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry insights to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential partnerships
Monitor and evaluate the performance of growth initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with the Communication/Media industry and emerging trends
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for continuous learning and personal growth
Fluency in English and Finnish; other languages are a plus
