We are Hiring:
Bumala Health Centre is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Compliance Assurance Specialist. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a meaningful impact within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on legal and compliance matters.
Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations and communicate implications to relevant stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact for external regulatory agencies and ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Train and educate staff on compliance and legal standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a compliance, regulatory, or legal role within the healthcare industry.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
