Your Role:

Design and implement programs that integrate physical activity, sports, and fitness into the daily work routine
Collaborate with various departments to develop initiatives that promote employee well-being
Organize and lead fitness challenges, sports events, and other recreational activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Human Performance)
Previous experience in sports, fitness, or wellness coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Familiarity with different sports and fitness activities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
