Join our Team as a Retail Expansion Specialist
As a Retail Expansion Specialist, you will play a vital role in our company's growth and success. Your main responsibility will be to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities to expand our presence in Lower Saxony.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze local markets to identify potential expansion prospects
- Develop and manage relationships with potential partners and stakeholders
- Create and present compelling business proposals to potential franchisees
- Conduct regular meetings and negotiations to secure new partnerships
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new franchises
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring consistent brand representation and adherence to company standards
