Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as an International Operations Coordinator, responsible for managing and optimizing the global supply chain to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of Ferrari vehicles and components worldwide. As a skilled professional, you will play a vital role in overseeing the coordination, planning, and execution of our logistics operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external logistics providers, ensuring service level agreements and performance metrics are met.
  • Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and customs compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles and spare parts to Ferrari dealerships globally, optimizing routes and minimizing costs.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a high level of quality and compliance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the logistics and transportation field.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize operational processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for planning, tracking, and optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
