Job Opportunity: Aircraft Communication Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between pilots, air traffic controllers, and ground staff.
- Translate aviation-specific texts, manuals, and documents from English to Galician.
- Interpret oral communication during aviation-related meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of linguists and subject matter experts.
- Maintain accurate records of aviation terminologies and glossaries.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Galician and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and translation software.
- Prior experience in the aviation sector or a strong interest in aviation terminology.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
